Free, anonymous, confidential consulting in different languages. We advise on specific questions relating to sex work. We also advise on all other questions relating to work, residency, education, health, divorce, debt, insurance, housing...
We strive to exchange and communicate with other organizations and activists at both regional and international level. Due to our diverse work, the spectrum of networks is constantly expanding. As part of cooperation projects, we bring theoretical content and practical knowledge to numerous locations. New associations in the field of anti-racist political work are also very important to us.

Autonomy
maiz is an association independent of political parties, churches and other institutions.
Self-organisation
The work of maiz is essentially based on the self-organization of migrants, beyond neoliberal concepts (we firmly reject terms such as "self-management" or "mainstreaming").

We critically engage with existing power structures in order to change them.
